These terms summarize the conditions for using the Celtucom platform provided by ITProposal B.V. (Celtucom). Where your organization has signed a separate subscription or service agreement, that agreement prevails over this summary.
Using the service
Celtucom is provided to organizations and their authorized users for managing time tracking, scheduling and related workforce operations. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Accounts & access
Access is granted by your organization’s administrators, who are responsible for the accounts and permissions they assign. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Specific service levels, if any, are set out in your organization’s subscription agreement.
Data
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your organization retains ownership of its data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or to your organization.
