Built by the team that runs on it
Celtucom is made by ITProposal B.V., an IT services and staffing company founded in Amsterdam in 2019, with teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, Türkiye and India.
We built Celtucom to run our own frontline operation first: field engineers clocking in on site, service desk shifts across timezones, schedules, time-off and payroll exports. It has been our daily system of record ever since.
Now we offer that same platform to other organizations with people who don't sit at a desk.
