What does Celtucom cost?
€6.50 per user per month, excluding VAT. There is one plan with every feature in it, so there are no tiers to work out. Paying a year up front comes to €5.96 per user per month, and you can try everything free for 14 days.
Does it connect to our payroll package?
Yes — to Nmbrs (Visma), AFAS, Exact, Loket and Employes. These are real API connections, not an export: test the link, pull your employees across, and write an approved period straight into payroll without re-keying anything.
Does clocking in work without internet?
Yes. Clock actions are stored on the device and sync automatically when the connection returns, so a dead zone never costs anyone a timesheet.
What do we need to get started?
Nothing but a phone or a browser. Employees join through an invite link, there is no hardware to install, and you can start with a single team or location.
How is our data protected?
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted in transit and at rest, with access enforced down to individual database rows. Celtucom's operator ITProposal B.V. is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, supports GDPR data export and deletion, and a data processing agreement is available on celtucom.com/dpa.
Which devices are supported?
iOS, Android and any modern browser. The mobile apps are native, and the platform is built to stay fast on older phones too.
